Pigment behaves as ground.
A maison whose first material is not cloth but pigment and time.

The challenge
Build a house from a material, not a silhouette.
Self-initiated. Most fashion houses are founded on a cut. I wanted to test whether a house could be founded on a process instead — hand dyeing — and still produce a world coherent enough to sell from.
The idea
Dye does not sit on cloth. It behaves like weather on ground.
Watching indigo work, the pigment pools, bleeds and settles by gravity. It stains from the bottom up. It behaves far more like a landscape forming than like a pattern being applied. That is a spatial behaviour, not a decorative one, and it is the thing a print can never imitate.
The textile becomes terrain. The garment is the only stable object inside it. Enormous hand-dyed canvases are staged as geography — mountains, cliffs, tides — and the tailoring stands unmoved inside them.
The world
Three pigments, one room, no logo.
Six frames. One concrete room, one light source, three pigments: indigo, ochre, oxblood. The palette is the entire brand identity — there is no logo in the campaign because the dye is the mark.
The identity runs on constraint rather than on assets. Every campaign must be shot in a single interior with one light source. Any garment may enter the world provided it does not compete with the dye. Those rules are enough for someone else to make the next campaign correctly without asking me, which is the point of a system.
Direction & execution
Concept and creative direction. Art direction and image direction on all six frames. Colour system, naming, sequencing and all written copy. Sole author.
Hybrid image production. Frames were directed and iterated against fixed references for garment, light behaviour and lens, then selected and sequenced. Generative production was used as the imaging method; the concept, direction, colour system and edit are mine.
Outcome
Self-initiated concept study. No client. Built to test whether a house could be founded on a process rather than a silhouette.
